Paul Cross is an experienced British Production Designer whose

career spans several decades across film and high-end television.

Known for his versatility and strong visual storytelling, Paul has

worked extensively with leading directors and production companies

on a wide range of critically acclaimed projects.

His recent television work includes Supacell (Netflix, dir. Rapman),

Down Cemetery Road (Apple TV), The Lazarus Project (Sky), and

the BAFTA-winning I May Destroy You (BBC/HBO), created by

Michaela Coel. These projects highlight his ability to create grounded,

character-driven worlds while supporting bold narrative vision.

Paul has been a regular collaborator on major British drama series

including Luther (Series 1, 2 & 4), Grantchester (Series 1 & 2),

Rellik, Guilt, Mother, Father,Son, Hustle (series 1&2) and Press,

working with companies such as BBC Studios, Kudos, Lookout Point,

New Pictures, Apple TV+, and Netflix.

His feature film work includes large-scale productions such as The

Expendables 2, All Is By My Side, Thunder Run, as well as UK-based

work on Bridget Jones’s Diary, King Arthur, National Treasure and Star Wars.

He has collaborated with directors including Simon West, Antoine

Fuqua, John Ridley, Mathieu Kassovitz, and Sharon Maguire,

contributing to both independent films and major studio productions.

Paul is based in the UK and works across film and television, bringing

a collaborative approach, strong visual storytelling, and extensive

production experience to every project.
